HVAC/ Service and Maintenance

The HVAC industry is growing by leaps and bounds. Technology used in today’s HVAC systems is similar to that found in the most sophisticated equipment at any facility. These HVAC systems are very complex, with the use of microprocessors and digital controllers, it is necessary to have technicians that are highly trained professionals. Our service technicians receive the best, most accurate training available.

 Each year, several of our technicians are selected to attend training held at the leading manufacturer’s facilities. They attend the same classes as the manufacturers own service technicians attend. Along with the training, they receive the factory support needed to keep them up-to-date throughout the year.

Therefore, we are available to respond to our customer’s needs 24 hours a day with the fastest response time you can find. We offer a wide variety of services including equipment repair service, air filter service, and preventive maintenance.

Equipment Repair Service

 BAC stands behind the repairs we make to your equipment. The parts used is guaranteed from the manufacturer for one full year or more. We make every effort to use OEM parts whenever available. This insures that your system will remain as close to its original condition as possible. Each of our service technicians is qualified to provide you with on the spot solutions and recommendations as to how to keep your system in top condition and operating at maximum efficiency.

Preventive Maintenance

 

The term "Preventive Maintenance" is probably the most misrepresented statement used in the HVAC industry to date. Contractors and Facility Managers alike have used the phrase "Preventive Maintenance" to describe every type of maintenance performed. Items included in this have been everything from the most minimal filter change to the total one price complete coverage concept.

Our preventive maintenance programs are designed to achieve:

 

  1. Maximum operating efficiency from your HVAC units in order to conserve utilities.

  2. Extend the operating lifetime of a unit to reduce capital expenditures from replacing units early.

FILTER CHANGE SERVICE:

 This service does not provide anything more than what it implies. At BAC, we only used trained service technicians. Our technicians can often recognize a problem by sight or sound; for example, a noisy bearing, stopped up condenser coil, or overflowing drain line.

UNIT INSPECTION SERVICE:

This service provides more time during a filter change for the service technician to actually observe the operation of your units. Some types of problems that may be pointed out during an inspection may include, but are not limited to, excessive vibration of a unit, units that are short cycling, froze up evaporator coils, or even a unit that is not running at all. 

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS: Silver

This service is a well-defined plan of action. In our preventive maintenance programs, you will find a detailed analysis of your unit’s operating condition. These programs are designed to keep your units operating as efficiently and reliably as the day you purchased them. An independent source study shows that adequate preventive maintenance may reduce service calls by 60% and power consumption by up to 10%.
