Our
1000 sq meter manufacturing facility located in Al-Shuwaikh industrial area
is fitted with complete range of duct fabrication machines, which allow us
to provide the most complex and sophisticated ducting systems or designs and
gives us the flexibility of avoiding possible lengthy delays normally
associated with ordering non-standard items. We use the latest machines such
as Plasma Cutter, Automatic Bending Machines to enhance our production. Our
workshop is connected to the head office via a local area network to
accelerate the flow of information back and forth.

Plasmacutter Cutlass
offers a cost-effective operation for the cutting of a wide range of sheet
metal. This machine is ideally suited for light industrial operation, where
sheet metal thickness does not exceed up to 15.0 mm. Rack and pinion drive
in the X-and Y-axis. A perfect example is its employment in the HVAC
industry and related branches. The CUTCAM software from
SPIRO INTERNATIONAL has been designed to meet the demands of many special
product applications as well as those of the general fabricator. The CAM
DUCT software package for the ventilation industry deserves special mention;
the parametric libraries for round, rectangular and flat-oval fittings
provide an extremely powerful tool to improve operating efficiency. With the
CAD program OPUS 3 and the PUDS software; other industries can also
drastically improve their productivity

The bending machine is a
robustly fabricated range of pyramid bending rolls for forming up to 6mm
mild steel. The two bottom rolls are mounted in fixed journals whilst the
top roll moves vertically in machined sideways by means of manually
adjusted screws.
